It was a while I hadn't been here but when we walked in to the lobby they acknowledged us. The gentleman on the register greeted us, we asked for a few minutes to look at the menu. He took 3 different orders from us and got all of them right. He even repeated the order before paying, when he was handing the food to us as well. When we got home the food was still hot and it was delicious. I think there's new management since the times I've gone something always messes up on my order. I've been going to this Jackinthebox for quite some time and it is always a pleasant experience. Very friendly staff whom I've come to know a few closely. I highly recommend going to this location because unlike other locations, they are usually prepared with the right amount of workers and they get orders finished in a timely fashion. There are times when the drive-thru is backed up but the usual wait time is no more than 8-12 minutes.
