When I was staying in Cortez, I ordered to-go from here a couple of times. I didn’t care much for the chili, it didn’t have a lot of flavor. But I loved their southwest salad! Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 4

Without a doubt the absolute BEST place to dine in Cortez! If you are having second thoughts about trying it out, just take my word for it and GO! The spinach artichoke dip is on point…better than Cheesecake Factory or any 5 star restaurant out there. The Sante Fe chicken was also amazing. The steak and shrimp were cooked to perfection and the crab cluster was the perfect addition to our meal. Service was on point. An overall exceptional dining experience. The only thing I am disappointed in is the fact that I’ve been in this town for 2 weeks and just now found this place! Absolutely AMAZING! Service was a little slow, but the food was great. After a long day of driving a good burger and fries sounded like just the thing. Between us we had some amazing broccoli cheddar soup, the bacon cheddar burger, the Bohemian Burger with sweet potato fries, fish and chips and the fried mushrooms. It was all really good. $36 for two burgers, water to drink. Sign when you come in says made to order so might take a while, ours was 30 minutes after ordering. The burgers (bohemian and bison) were good but the cook time was swapped. Our waiter commented to another patron that he's normally a busser so we have him some slack, needless to say they were short handed. The house frys would have been good but had way too much pepper. I was craving a Navajo taco after a day full of hiking in Mesa Verde National Park. This thing was huge! And delicious with both red and green chile. The owner came to our table and talked with us herself a few times to check how things were. Great food and ice cold beer! Stopped by for a brisket sandwich-so good and a high class burger (subbed chicken). The aioli was the best part! Staff was so friendly! Beer flight was a little warm, but still good, however other national brand drafts were ice cold. Definitely recommend trying this place! Very good food. We ate here 2 nights when traveling through the area. The prime rib and sirloin & shrimp were excellent. It was the best sirloin I have ever had. I ordered medium rare. I would prefer a 3.5 star rating but I'll be generous with the 4 star. They had a prime rib special that sounded good. I didn't love it. Not much flavor and very tough meat to chew. I had brussel sprouts and mashed potatoes with it. The potatoes were good. The brussel sprouts were very dry and seemed burned. There was a guy sitting across from me who shared similar sentiments about a different steak cut that he had. I'm left disappointed because the reviews made this place sound good. Perhaps it was just an off night. With such a versatile menu I would hope not every dish is like this. The staff was very friendly and the environment was nice. First time here...won't be my last! FOOD WAS AWESOME! We had the spicy pickle chips as an appetizer, delicious, and they do have a spicy kick at the end😉 I had the steakhouse burger and fries which was divine!!!!!! Husband had the smothered burrito which was HUGE and he enjoyed it as well. Service was good. The menu had so many yummy looking items that I would love to try, so we will definitely be repeat customers. I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone!
