The cheesecake I got was great but the customer service wasn't. The cashier had a line of customers so I waited but then when he was done he got distracted. I waited a little more then I went up to ask for my order. He said the Irish Cheesecake right? I said yes then he told me we do not have anymore. I looked at him puzzled as I saw a slice on display. He looked over and said which one do you want I said the Irish Cheesecake. He gave me an attitude and responded which one is it I can't tell, so I pointed to it. I was confused as to why is this person working with customers if they do not carry themselves politely and do not know their own products. Thankfully the cheesecake was good or else I would have given a lower overall review.

It's Boba Time is quickly becoming my favorite boba franchise! With over 140 drinks on the menu this place has something for everyone. It's fast, friendly, inexpensive and super delicious!
Founded in 2003, It's Boba Time is now rapidly expanding. It could end up being the Starbucks of boba.
For context, Starbucks expanded and suddenly was everywhere back in the 90's, twenty years after it was founded.
It's Boba Time provides an almost overwhelming treasure hunt of tea, coffee, smoothie, and juice beverage options, as well as other treats.
I highly recommend that you give this place a try soon!

I’m leaving this low review bc I hope management will see it and do their job of scheduling better. On multiple occasions our orders have been wrong, for example the coconut strawberry shake is my favorite, but the kids keep leaving out the strawberries… I think they are overwhelmed because it’s always waves of crowds coming in and not enough staff to keep up efficiently.
Great location for Its Boba Time. Perfect location for those that eat at a restaurant on Main / catch a movie and want a boba afterwards..
The Girl that took our order was super friendly and helpful towards suggestions.
We even had an incident where our cup was leaking due to a hard stabbing of the straw. She quickly replaced the cup with an urgency. Great Service!
Parking is easily accessible through the back. You can just park in the back parking lot and walk through behind panda.
Macaroon are $2.50 each
And the bobas were about $5.
