We have been to Institution a few times in the last month. Food is good and we had a couple exceptional beers but why are the employees so miserable? We had one girl that was super friendly and excited for us to be there but every male seems so depressed! Not sure what the deal is but a smile every now and then doesn’t hurt anyone!😁

Have been to the brewery in Camarillo several times as the food and beer are good ,facility is clean , and the music is tolerable, unlike some places that play rap/ hip hop so loud you can’t hear or talk. However not sure why the staff are so unfriendly and borderline rude. We were greeted with angry faces, short abrupt questions and responses, little to no eye contact when ordering. No one smiles, or conducts themselves in a way that I would tolerate being a business owner. When dealing with the public your employees need to be friendly, respectful and kind to the customer even if they don’t want to. Not everyone is cut out to serve customers. Maybe they should just stay in back.

My first time there had a blast. Friendly staff. Cool atmosphere. I'm not a big beer drinker, but they had a nice selection and I found the imperial stout was very good. If you're not sure what you like they will let you sample

Kid friendly, great beer, great pizza, and great vibes. Parking can be rough especially during their construction, but it's not too bad.

The pizzas are good, and beers are decent. Large selection of IPAs, maybe one or two of other varieties. Large venue but usually crowded and loud during the weekend.

Started to eat my salad and realized there was a bug in it. I felt completely grossed out and took it back for a refund. I’ve always enjoyed the food here but this just made me feel uneasy.

Honestly one of my favorite places in Camarillo. Beers are amazing. Pizzas are amazing. Even the salads are amazing if you’re staying on that healthier side. You’re missing out if you’re not frequenting this place on the regular.
