This place is mostly crowded. However, there is no lack of service. They obviously have a lot of cooks, which probably wish they had a larger cooking station. However, Everyone is quick, attentive & courteous. Which is a big ask with the crowds they tend to. I've never witnessed anyone displeased with food or service. Your usual In N Out Burger with the #1 best burgers around. There is always a long lineup for the drive-through, waiting indoors is equally long. Orders are sometimes inaccurate due to the business of staff. Older establishment that needs a remodel. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2

I just had such a nice experience at this in n out. An employee named Dion made it exceptional. He picked up the dirty items around us with detail but also recognized we had a two year old and our hands full and held doors open for us, gave kind greetings and overall just made it such a nice family friendly experience. I went in there just to get some fries. I was in a hurry. Had a meeting ran in real fast to get some fries they were good. The service was good. Looks to be a busy place on the weekends, but the crew seemed to manage it properly, we didn’t have to wait too long for our order even though we ordered a bunch. Food was typical In N Out, great value & great taste. Terrible service. I have never been to an In-N-Out that is terrible at service and even if you ask for extra sauce they’ll forget. I don’t mind waiting but to ask for yellow peppers 5x and extra sauce and the burger was made wrong and waited an hour and a half because even to get a refund would be a long wait! Like really?? Other spots are more packed and yet this is the only one I have waited in his long in! Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
