You just can't go wrong with Double Double Animal Style add grilled whole onions ,Peppers, and an order of fries cooked extra well and or animal Style! I mean is you don't like In and Out, you must be something wrong. Also is you don't like the fries, definitely try then extra well. It makes a big difference! 🍔♥️👍 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Affordable food is always fresh and they work fast! Customer service is always top notch - they hire for and expect higher standards across the board and it shows! Lunch and dinner are busy times, but even at peak- the wait looks intimidating - don't be scared! - it goes pretty quickly. Makes eating out affordable for large groups, teenagers and large families - and it's tasty fresh food! They have sticker sheets for the kids. I've been going to this location for over 10 years now and they've only ever made a mistake on my order one time. It was a small mistake, but they gave me an entire free meal as compensation! In-N-Out has always maintained exceptional quality and service at this location. And now with other fast food restaurants raising their prices to about the same as In-N-Out, I don't even have to think about where I'm going to eat if I want a burger! The only good option is In-N-Out Burger. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Excellent food. Our server was friendly and helpful. He repeated the order and did great! However, even at 2pm on a Wed it was so crowded we couldn't get a seat except for outside. We grabbed burgers and fries and as always it was delicious!! Long lines but it moved quite quickly. We enjoyed a yummy meal. Double double is going for $5 and fries are $2 Service Take out Meal type Lunch Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Long lines but food is good. Something was off this visit, maybe it was because it was late at night and close to closing time. But the hamburger was underdone and just sloppily thrown together. I’m already not a big fan of their fries. So I didn’t order those and was disappointed in this visit anyway. But I will come back. Their prices are great cheaper than the big arches by far. Bought meals for three complete with shakes and extra drinks for under $40. Can’t say that at any other place. Two stars on the atmosphere, because who likes sitting in long traffic lines. But they are so busy. Cannot avoid it. And that’s a good sign. In-N-Out is one of those places you hear about on the east coast that is practically treated as "the stuff of legends". On my journey to the west, I finally got the opportunity to test the mettle of all that I've ever heard -- and frankly, I was let down. The place itself is modern, clean, looks good. Walking in, I was pleasantly surprised at the extremely short menu "ordering is as easy as 1-2-3!", the numbers literally just being the only menu items. But as soon as I heard the person in front of me speak their order, I was left confused. What the heck are "fries animal style?" That was not on the menu. And instantly I felt like I wasn't part of the "club", which is alienating. The front desk person explained to me what it was, and I went for it. The wait for the food was considerable. The food itself was disappointing - the burger was so thin that I was mostly just eating bread and condiments. The fries "animal style" seemed underdone with underwhelming texture, but did remind me of poutine. So to tell the truth, I don't really get it. The historic pictures on the wall as well as the name of the place imply a fast in and out experience, without frills. I looked up what the deal was with not having stuff be on the menu, and it turns out there's a whole company-backed "secret menu", which really just puzzles me. It seemed like the ethos of the place was supposed to be simplicity. Instead, they loaded themselves up on so many "secret items" that they now suddenly have to cater to, at the cost of being able to serve it up in a timely manner, while also running the risk of the public running wild with "urban legend" menu items, which they now also either have to cater to, or constantly deny. It makes a permutative mess out of what should've been a beautiful and simple idea. It's pretentious in the same way that someone would tell you "you just gotta be in the know" if you didn't have a good experience, and that honestly feels dishonest on their part, because it goes from "ordering is as easy as 1-2-3" to "ordering is actually a series of secret hand shakes". Though it took a really long time to get our food, it was standard In-N-Out Burger food. Very good, and very fresh. The customer service was excellent. The place was clean.

This was my very first In N Out experience and I was so excited about it because I've heard SO many great things for YEARS. Unfortunately, this was the first and LAST time I'll be going. Pros: Very Affordable, Service was Awesome Burger was decent. Cons: The Fries tasted like Tears, Dust and Disappointment! I'm a fry JUNKIE and a good burger HAS to be complimented by good fries! I ordered Regular AND Animal Style Fries. The Animal Style had potential but the fries were just bland, it didn't even taste like potato. I tried adding ketchup and that couldn't even save it. I'm so glad someone told me about Culver's because their food was MUCH better.
