NEVER had an omelet (egg/sausage) that DO NOT taste like eggs and the sausage, Im not sure what they used, but it certainly was NOT eggs from a chicken and processed meat substitute. Smoked sausage loaded with SALT. Orange Juice bitter?? The worst breakfast 😫 Waitress was very polite and gave great service. I visited this IHOP twice during a business trip in High Point, NC. It was a great local spot, near my hotel, and wasn’t busy at all, so service was quick and friendly. We came at a very slow time but it still took 20 minutes to get our order taken and another 15 for the drinks to come. It seemed like most of the employees were sitting and chatting while one waitress covered the entire restaurant. Our food came out fairly warm but it took a few minutes to get silverware after the food arrived and then more waiting for the rest of the order to come to the table. We never got refills even after asking but the waitress' family was well taken care of. The service is usually barely three stars but today seemed especially worse, even when coming during a very slow period. I'd Rather Not Tell

The service: always slow always spending bare minimum 1.5 hours for food even when dead empty. Waiters wont refill your drink. Waiters won't even ask you for your order unless you been there for at least 30 minutes. The food: definitely gone down in quality and the portion sizes are shrinking. The prices keep going up. 15 dollars for a plate that took me all of 3 minutes to eat at mid flavor. Atmosphere: it's just gross. It feels like areas are left unclean for so long. I have given This place so many chances so many times because I love breakfast food but no more. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

This was the first time that we have ever came to IHOP and received amazing customer service! My husband and I really enjoyed the food, but our server KEITH, trumped that! His mannerism was a 10+..that's enough for us to come back!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I really enjoyed the decorations!!!😊 I only hated that I had to wait so long to order and I only got 2 small containers of syrup! Why not put all the syrups in a pourable glass like the regular one?!
