The service here has pretty bad. We waited nearly 50 minutes go get the food that we ordered thanks to our abysmally slow waitress. A handful of group arrived and ordered after us, yet, they got their food and finished eating well before we even got ours. Service Dine in Food: 2 Atmosphere: 2

Extreme poor service. The server did not care for our needs. Food took forever. We asked for water and didn't get it. The food was it took 30 minutes to bring the silver ware. When we got the silver ware, it was wet dripping water. It was so unhygienic and disgusting. Food got cold because of that, and it was not a pleasant experience. On a Liquid Fast and Happy they had Tomato Soup. It was so good. 😋 Love that the worker is always happy to see us after Skating and Grateful to have them as our server. Always so helpful and caring. Service Dine in Meal type Other Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

If I could give no stars I would. The number is incorrect on Google Maps, on company website, and Apple Maps. It goes to a location in Frisco. Then, they don’t have a way to transfer you to this location. So I order online to this address and when I order everything I said I didn’t want on my meal they put anyway. No way to call the restaurant and speak about it. The number on the receipt is even wrong. I added photos to show what I requested and what I got. I would not recommend this iHop to anyone.
