I recently had the pleasure of dining at this location and it was fantastic experience from start to finish. I was greeted warmly by staff and seated promptly. I ordered their famous pancakes, and let me tell you. they did not disappoint. The variety of topping available allowed me to customize my meal exactly how I wanted it. The service was exceptional throughout my meal, The staff was attentive, friendly and made sure that I had everything I needed. Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying breakfast of brunch experience. I will definitely be coming back. It was a last minute choice to bring my daughter and her friends after her birthday slumber party to get some pancakes 🥞 and I went to check in on the app and was surprised to see there wasn't a wait. I did notice that the choice of many different syrups (blueberry/maple/strawberry caddie) was non existing which was disappointing. My server was very accommodating. And I was very appreciative of the other staff lady overhearing that it was my daughter's birthday and politely asked if they could sing to her. I really loved that the most. (A lot has changed since COVID. I noticed many places/restaurants are less personal and more robotic taking joy from our childrens experiences of stepping out. )-Thank you for singing 😊 keep being warm. Food was great, and the service was excellent!! Especially because they were very busy and, like many other restaurants, they were short staffed! The waitresses were working very hard to please everyone, and the hostess kept her cool and was pitching in to clean up the tables so people could be seated. The food came out pretty quickly considering how busy it was. I would definitely recommend this restaurant! Worst place I've ate breakfast at! Went there with my husband and two kids. I ordered a specialty omelette and asked for no onions. After waiting at least 20 minutes our food came out and my omelette had a to of onions, food was cold and all of our hash browns were barely cooked. I sent my omelette back but asked for it to be put in to-go container because I figured I wouldn't get it before my family were done eating. To my surprise it came out very quick. But unfortunately this time they put nothing inside the omelette, no wonder it didn't take very long. I sent it back and had it removed from my bill because I wasn't about to pay $16 for nothing. The "Jalapeño Kick" is one of the best burgers I've had in years. Delicious. The right amount of heat, enough bacon and onions. Instead of regular cheese, it has a four-cheese crisp. What is not to like about grill-fried cheese made into a crispy disk. Really good. The side salad was very good also. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

My first visit to this location. Such friendly staff for such a humid day! I was in a mood for the chain's spinach mushroom omelet. I recall it being less expensive, but still; 13.99 for a massive, loaded omelet AND the side of hash browns was all I needed for the day! I am hot blooded; I also have heat intolerance. I am certain that I'm the only one who found the place "warm" for having a/c. That said, the wall of heat that hits you when you leave reminds you that it was on.

About 20 minute wait to be seated, fine. Then it took about 10 minutes to get our drinks/put orders in. Probably about 40 minutes to get our food. I'm more unhappy because my one year old waited so long to get the food. Food was decent. Only complaint about my food was that I ordered the spicy poblano pepper omelet, they clearly must have forgot to precut up the pepper and put it in the omelet, because when I received my plate, there was just a whole pepper thrown next to the omelet not cooked. The omelet was not spicy. I've had great experiences at other IHOP locations, just not this one. Service Dine in Meal type Breakfast Price per person $10–20
