We won’t be back! Took the family out for lunch. Food wasn’t that great. Waitress was horrible. Mid meal we all needed refills and weren’t given any.
We never got checked on. Waitress stood and talked with co-workers and sat in the bathroom for the entire meal. Never got side sauces with meals that were supposed to come with them and couldn’t ask waitress for them because she never came back to the table.

We got seated and forgotten. We were there for 30 min without even seeing a waitress. They went to the other 3 tables there multiple times while chatting in between for 15 min straight. We never even got asked about drinks. I would have understood if it was bust, but with a total of 4 tables seated and 2 waitresses on duty, I expected more than the nothing that we got. We just got up and left because my children were very hungry, not a single worker could even be see while we left.

To start, we were seated in a booth with a large rip, stuffing coming out. My fiance is a big guy and barely fit between the seat and the table. The springs in the seats were shot. So we moved ourselves over to a vet nearby table. The waitress brought our drinks promptly and said she'd give us a few minutes to look at the menu. 15 minutes later she came back and said she'd forgotten about us. We ordered our food, and it came out in a timely manner. I asked for a second cup of coffee, and the waitress said they ran out but that she could make another pot if I wanted. It was two hours before closing, and I wondered why she didn't ask at the time that she poured the last cup from the previous pot. My eggs were ordered over medium and arrived short of over easy. The lemon ricotta mixed berry topping was grainy, not from the seeds. My fiance's BLT had very little lettuce and bacon and just looked sad. His fries were not warm. Overall, I would not recommend this restaurant, and we will not be back.

Was in town for daughter's volleyball tournament at the Champion Center. I wanted her to have a hearty breakfast before her first game, so she chose ihop. What a terrible decision.
We were seated and the waiter came over to take our order within a few minutes. Perfect! He came with my coffee and French vanilla creamers and a strawberry lemonade for my daughter. Then, we sat and waited and waited and waited.
The waiter never came back to check on us, never apologized for the wait, never came to refill my coffee. What we did observe was that tables coming after us, were being served their food...while, you guessed it, we just waited. On our way out, I had to stop our waiter to let him know we had to leave and his only response was, "I understand."
We gave a generous 50 minutes, and then we had to leave so she wouldn't miss warm-ups and her first bracket game. We thought over an hour to spare would have been enough time. Not at this ihop!
We ended up at the McDonalds drive thru so that she could at least get something in her belly. Glad she didn't let this experience affect her game play but she sure told her disappointment to all her teammates and friends. She also told me not to post a review because that's cringe, but me, being an old person, I wanted to let people know of the experience.
Btw, they won in their bracket!! 😊

The waitress service us was definitely on drugs, had no voice, coughing constantly, and her hands were very dirty, you can visibly see the dirt under her nails. We were there forever waiting for our order to be taken. Then when we got my kids meal the bananas were old and squishy. We then waiting a long time for a side of fries then decided to just leave. There also was someone sitting behind up hitting their vape and the staff didn't seem to care. Never again.

It was ok. Service was slow, but the server was nice and friendly.
Disappointed was a large sign in the entrance. Turkey and stuffing special. When I went to order it, that special ended. But I could get just Turkey. Pointed out sign said turkey and stuffing. Not just turkey. The sign was still up when we left. The food was good, prices were fair.
But not special, so don't think I'll be in a hurry to go back.

I hadn't been here in 10 years so was thinking it would be an expensive but decent breakfast. Unfortunately it was not a good experience. We were seated in a booth with big holes in the chairs and then it took at least 10 minutes for the waitress to see us. There were flies all over and the glasses of water were not clean. We wiped a little spot to show how dirty they were. The food was acceptable but the waitress was not attentive to us. It took her at least 20 minutes after taking our order to actually place it with the kitchen. There were no other tables seated but somehow it took 45 minutes to get our food. The owner needs to invest in higher wages to attract more help and invest in the upkeep of the business. Also maybe drug test the employees and require that they dont bring their children to work to roam the restaurant aimlessly. I cant imagine eating there when its actually busy. Probably never going back.

Good things first: eggs were done well, the spicy poblano eggs benedict was frankly quite good and I am sad I won't get to try them again... because everything else was from ok to bad. The restaurant was dirty and in considerable disrepair, the portions of the hashbrowns were kind of insulting given the price, the glasses and silverware were dirty, and the prices in general were a bit steep even before other considerations. There were damaged walls, ripped and damaged seats, the ceiling has stains and damage, and there were a lot of dirty patches and corners throughout. There were a few strange smells that occasionally showed up as well. I am a hashbrowns guy. Big time. I love the crispy outside and fluffy inside... so long as there is an inside. These hashbrowns were very thin and dry. The bacon was overcooked and seemed like it was probably microwaved. The coffee was watery and bitter. This was not what I had come to expect from IHOP, and there are all the signs that they were understaffed and that management (either local or corporate) has lost their grip on needs to be done. This was not a 1 star because the staff were trying and some of the food was tasty. But, we aren't coming back.

Breakfast was very lackluster today. The lemon blueberry crepes had like 6 blueberries, the filling was basically frosting and it wasn’t warm. Our waitress was cheerful and friendly, but the hostess was so quiet and emotionless I was worried there was issues in the restaurant that day that could affect our meal. The pancakes were served warm, not hot, but tasted good. It was a disappointment and I won’t be going back anytime soon.

We went here for dinner last Tuesday night. Our waitress Crystal was good and brought us what we needed. Our food was decent, not amazing. My significant others food was hot, mine was more on the warm side. The chicken quality in my omlet was not as good as I would have liked. I feel like for the price of the food, the quality should have been a little better. I saw the Google rating before we ate (3.8) and was really hoping to leave a review that would boost the score. Turns out I would say it is accurate. Overall, I would eat here again if I was with someone who really wanted to go here.
