Exceptionally mediocre, but exactly what you should expect from an IHOP. Prices are on par with higher-end local breakfast places, but at drunk-food/diner quality. 2 tables who arrived after us got their drinks and food before anyone asked for our drink order. When we did get our food, there was a hair on one of the plates. We spent most of our time waiting for someone to wait on our table. The waitress brought our ticket to us along with the food, very unprofessional service. We're relatively new to the area and have been looking for a regular breakfast/brunch spot. The IHOP in Mustang has the most incredible service. Jose especially is a shining star. Food is always consistent. We've never had a bad meal. And even when they're busy, the hustle by the staff is appreciated. They do always seem to be short-staffed though, which is a shame because the folks at this IHOP deserve to not be running all day long. Food: 4 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I went in at 10:30 am on a Thursday morning. Manager ignored me and worked on customer payments before seating me. He asked what I wanted to drink and never came back. Walked past my table several times. No one ever came to take my order, bring my coffee or even acknowledge me, so I left. There were maybe 5 other tables with customers, so they weren’t busy. Went in a little after 10pm ordered the breakfast sampler , could not even eat the sausage, like it had been sitting in a refrigerator before putting it on my plate, the bacon was ok , everything else was horrible ( at least all but the sausage was edible). If not for the good service of the waitress, I would not have even given it 2 stars . We thought we would try this location again after 3 years, but it was just as poor service as the first time. There were just a few filled tables, but plenty of young waiters. I noticed right away that our waitress had an attitude as she quickly dropped off our drinks (without straws). I blame the management for not training these young people. I ordered the pumpkin pancakes, something I was really looking forward to. When they came out they were splitting apart between the top and bottom.They also lacked the pumpkin spice flavor. I sent them back, only to receive more of the same! I also noted to the waitress that there was butter instead of the whipped cream on top of the pancakes. On the second batch, nothing was placed on the pancakes. I had ordered the 2x2x2, but had not been told that the pumpkin pancakes would be $3 extra. After not eating the second batch, at least we got the extra amount subtracted from our bill. I will give the cook credit that my husband's Colorado omelette was very good. We stopped at this IHOP after shopping all day and it was very good. Our waitress was awesome. Establishment was clean and food was good. Good times with family. The wait to be seated wasn’t long and the staff was on point. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20
