They have one waitress and I’m assuming one cook. Tonight it took 25 minutes for food, eggs were cold and my pancakes were still raw in the middle. Waitress also had her hair hanging all in her face. Definitely not returning to this location Service Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I work fast food and am a GM at a restaurant and everyone at this IHOP needs retrained horrible service. Tried calling for 30 minutes to place an order which is the only option it gives when you call just for when I get there him to say oh we don’t answer the phone in the mornings. Then he proceeds to make me wait 15 minutes to place an order. My food did come out fairly quick but it looks thrown together by a two year old I ordered cinnastack pancakes and this is what I got and when I asked about it they said oh we just do a zig zag now that’s how they all look I definitely will not be back to this IHOP I loved the cinnastack pancakes and have never received any looking like this very disappointing. Place is so under staffed. Looked like the tables hasn't been busted all day. Floors had whip cream all over them from looks like spilled off top of pancakes. Food was cold. Definitely not the best pancakes I've ever had. Hopefully someone gets it straightened up. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

The servers (that I have had) are great. However, their kitchen is SLOW! Slower than any other IHOP I have ever been to (and that was my first job). You will wait 30-45 minutes for the basic meals, longer for any of the steak or dinner meals. Their servers are very friendly and attentive, though. They just need a better cook staff... or more of a cook staff. Not sure if it's lack of line crew or just laziness in the kitchen.
