excellent food! But I have a complaint regarding one of their workers. Her name is Tracey, but when I realized that we were Latino, she treated us with contempt, in a bad manner, she threw things at us on the table and her attitude was too bad. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

If I could give this place a zero I would I have gave this place more than one chance multiple times. It takes forever to seat you and forever to take order and then even longer to get food which is was wrong...... Upper management trying to cut expenses by not having more staff on busy holidays...... Which means more money in their pockets.... While they sit at home at do nothing to better the situation poor excuse for an a American company.... Maybe try forking out some more money to keep more staff on board and for paying the help who actually cares about their job. Going in there and waiting 30 minutes to get seated, get drink orders right away but then the waiter says it will be 1 hour before you can even order your food, absolutely ridiculous. Do better!

The service was horrible, it was a late night, a few of us just got done with dart league. And who knew you had to keep voices to a whisper, but because we were too loud the waitress’s attitude got very rude. I would not recommend this place. We left and went to Perkins! I ordered a hamburger and crepes, I got 4 crepes without any filling in them and a little bit of fruit. I understand that crepes did not come with filling but there could of been more fruit on top or powdered sugar. Nothing was hot it felt like our food was sitting there for ages.
