Based on the visitors' opinions, waiters serve good bacon, omelettes and steaks here. It's a must to try delicious michelada when coming to this restaurant. Come here and have great coffee or good hot chocolate. Guests don't highly appreciate strawberry crepes at IHOP. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. Hospitable employees work hard, stay positive and make this place wonderful. A number of reviewers mention that prices are affordable for what you get. The atmosphere of this place is charming. I placed an online order through their website around 930a and they said it would be delivered at 1012a. The Door Dash driver was there waiting for order at 948a. The Dasher kept switching because it was taking so long. I finally called ihop around 1030a to tell them if it was not ready I was going to cancel, they said they would remake it and I finally received it at 1115a, nearly 2 HOURS after I ordered it and there were 3 different Dashers because they were losing money sitting there waiting for them to fix my order. If it takes that long for delivery, and I heard of someone else having same issue, the idea of dining there is a total turn off. I won't go there or order from them again. This is the best place to go if you are on a diet because by the time you get your food, you don't even want it anymore. We put in a curbside pickup order. When I arrived there were 3 cars in the parking lot including mine. Waited over 30 minutes for our food and it never came. My wife finally called and got hung up on 3 times by the same guy who only stayed on the phone long enough to give us attitude. The guy said our food had been done for a while and asked why we didn't come in to get it. I guess that's on me for having the audacity to think curbside pickup meant they brought it to us. After we finally got our food, you'd think the order would be right. However, it was missing some items and the food we did get wasn't even good. I didnt even try to get it fixed because lord knows the attitude I would have gotten for that. If you want a good place to go for breakfast food, I'd pick a different restaurant. Took my girlfriend and her son to iHop. Expected and understood a wait to be seated. Initial service was good. We got coffees and drinks quickly. However, once we ordered the food. Service stopped. Our waiter never checked on us. The food took 40 minutes to come out, and the egg on the breakfast biscuit was literally raw. We asked for something else that was simple to make to replace it, and they definitely did not rush that order either. Placed a curbside pick up order at 10:55. Received a notification it would be done by 11:15. Which I understand Sundays are busy day, so a small delay would be fine. However, around 11:20 we called to verify that the notification online went through and that we were there for pickup. They informed us that it would just be a few more minutes and they'd be right out. Another 20 minutes passed still no order. Around 11:40, we call the store again to let them know we were still waiting outside. They informed us that the order was ready, but they had no runners to bring the food out to us. Luckily we do not have any physical ailments that would not allow us to go inside. So one of us went inside to pick up the food. You can definitely tell the food has been sitting for a while. And once we arrived home , a portion of the food was not correct that we paid extra for. It would've been more time to drive back and wait another twenty minute to get our order fixed so we just deal with it. As someone who used to work at Cracker Barrel. I understand that Sunday mornings are a really busy time for restaurants. However, a little more information would have been great. The first time we called the least a customer service representative could have done is to check to make sure the food was correct after waiting so long.
