All of the food was delicious. The waitress checked on us often to make sure that we has refills on drinks and that our food was right. It is a little difficult to get to the front if you aren't on the tollway. Google maps got us there through a hotel parking lot. Had to seat myself yesterday 02/27/24 at around 1:00PM , there was a lady standing up acting like a Karen asking if anybody is going to seat her at a table. Another lady sitting down said “I guess somethings never change” this lady left and I decided after waiting 20 minutes with no host upfront to just grab the menus and find where the people are and aim for a empty table. Once I did that I got me a waiter and the experience was way better. I write this bad review for the staffing team and not for the people who work there. Stop cutting hours and hire some hosts. Stop hurting your business and losing lifetime customers from understaffing or non hiring hosts. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

Excellent customer service from Sandy!!! She was so sweet! Went with a large family group and she was perfect! We love hazelnut creamer and she made sure we had plenty and even got her some to go coffee cups as a courtesy before we even asked. She really made our day!
