Decided to try new breakfast crepe at this location and they sure know come through. I have gone to other IHOP locations in the Southside area and the food did not compare. At the other location some of the menu items were missing and the crepes were significantly smaller. This location is cleaner, less wait time on receiving food, improved staff appearance, and overall a better IHOP experience. Service Dine in Meal type Brunch Price per person $10–20

My child picked IHOP to have breakfast at. While the food and service was good, the atmosphere was not. It was raining and 39* degrees outside. We didn't notice the temperature of the restaurant because lobby had space heaters, but after waiting for our food, my child and I noticed we hadn't taken off our jackets because we had not yet felt comfortable enough to do so. It was freezing as if the AC was on. We didn't realize til after we ate (shivering) that the restaurant's heater was broken. Waitress mentioned this has been the case foe the last 2 years. Seriously, management? We come inside to get out of the outside. So sorry for the workers that work there, wearing hoodies over their heads and jackets because it feels like a refrigerator in there 😒 Price per person $30–50 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1
