I had a great shopping experience. Its shelves are fully stocked and very clean . The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable, and the check out is very fast, professional, and friendly. Ashley gives you great customer service she's a great employee 👏 😃🙂😀

This is really nice store to shop in. They have clerks so you don't have to self checkout. The have a long line every morning at the donut counter... Must be the best donuts in town😂. Everything is easy to find. The deli has a great selection. The bathrooms are clean!

Awesome donuts! You just have to get there before the highschool kids do on their way to school in the morning. Their Apple Fritters are superb for a small town where I never thought I would get my Apple Fritter fix, they have made me quite happy. And the fast and very friendly staff all throughout the store in every department really make this a place one wants to go grocery shopping. Also they have a "LUCKY" self serve lottery machine which has already made someone a millionare..... whos next? Thank you Susanville Supermarket/IGA.

It has all the basics. Nice and clean. Well organized with helpful staff. Almost nothing gluten free, you need to go to the Safeway for that.
