I love going here. It is a buffet so keep that in mind. Their selection of protein is pretty nice, they also have a large selection of sauces. It costs around $20 a person so it isn't cheap, but considering the quality and amount, and what fast food is these days it's pretty good. Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person $20–30

We just wanted to give a shout-out to the kind spirited, hardworking gentleman who was grilling this morning/afternoon (11/12/23). Our guess is that he is the manager, but regardless of what his exact position is, he is a great representative of the restaurant. We always enjoy eating at this establishment when we visit Flagstaff, but in a world where good customer service is hard to come by these days, this man deserved some recognition.

HuHot is our go-to restaurant whenever we go to Flagstaff. Paul, the manager, always has a smile and a warm greeting. The food is always fresh, and the liquid seasonings are great. HuHot was Sooo good!!! we stopped in and we’re so glad we did! you select what ingredients you’d like- a ton of variety to choose; plenty of veggies, meats, seafood, etc and then you select what sauce and they have many recipes you can follow or choose on your own. Then they wok grill it right in front of you, and it had the best Mongolian grill taste, and the flavors were delicious . There was a chef/cook named Sam that was just a delight. He was so nice and had a huge smile the whole time, and grilled/charred our food to perfection. We had seconds and some had thirds. Our whole party really enjoyed our meals and experience here! Food was good. Unfortunately, this restaurant could use a really good cleaning. Mens bathroom sink was clogged and bathrooms were dirty (comparable to gas station bathroom). Counter tops are dirty. Sauce bar and ladles were sticky. Staff was pleasant and keeping up as best they could. However, the manager was just standing around while tables needed cleaning, plates picked up, checks and payments ran. This spot has the magic crew, the line is well stocked and cleaned/refilled constantly. The food is as good as your creativity allows it to be. My first time to try this Mongolian inspired chinese noodle buffet. Although it's not Mongolian, nor chinese, it is nevertheless quite good value for the money. All you can eat with thousands of combinations can't be beat. Its $19.99 with drink not included which is another perk since they have hundreds of flavor combinations. I will be back. Was always curious about this place and it seemed fancy from the outside, but was pretty disappointed. Bowls for unprepared food were dirty and grill area was dirty. Overall everything was dirty. Could use a deep clean weekly. Restrooms were also dirty. Food wasn't very good either, but I guess most of that was me not knowing what to choose from. Waited at the doors forever and was finally greeted in passing and told they were cleaning off tables for us (there were tons of open tables and we were getting carryout anyway). Finally got the attention of someone who said “follow me” and then disappeared into the back with no explanation. Eventually she came out and told us to go get our food for carryout. The food area was pretty unappetizing, everything was messy, food all over the place on the counter and did not look fresh. Many of the containers were nearly empty. Put in 6 ladels of sauce as the sign instructed but even that did not give the food any flavor. It took forever to get the host’s attention again to check out. Ended up spending over 20 mins for a carryout order and being extremely disappointed in the quality and taste. Took a few bites and threw it out.
