The Hôtel de Ville Rue Sébastien Suard is a delightful restaurant in the charming village of Rue. The building itself is a beautiful, renovated one with a view of the château across the street. The staff are warm and professional, and their attention to detail is evident from the moment you walk through the door. The menu changes with the seasons and features fresh, local ingredients. We had the medallions of deer served with a delicious forest-style sauce, which was cooked to perfection. The accompanying sides were also excellent. The desserts are delicious, and we were even treated to a complimentary amuse-bouche. The wine selection is also great. Prices are reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. All in all, this is an excellent restaurant that I would highly recommend.
