Food is normally good but your "manager" is the worst. All she does is complain about her workers, loudly, and complain about how much she wishes she wasn't working. I order a bowl 3-5 times a week before work for a solid year. I ordered a bowl and picked it up before work one day and it was really HALF a bowl. I didn't have time to return it and when I reported it to the manager they treated my like I was a criminal trying to get over on them- I make over 80k a year. This was 9 years ago and I haven't been back since. I will continue to eat elsewhere and call in special orders every-so-often that I know I'm not going to pick up until my bowl is replaced. I don’t know what has happened to this location or company. The quality of food is just poor for the price. My chicken burrito had literally crumbled up burnt dark chicken on it idk what that was. It was awful. My fajita veggies were nothing but red onions. I had soooooo much red onions on that burrito that’s all i could taste. I ordered and paid extra for guacamole,of course it was a teaspoon amt. I promise you hot heads that was the worst burrito of my life. I would just cook at home. I would rather Taco Bell.
