Brand new to Newbury Park and already a staple. Holy cow it’s good. We no longer have to drive to Woodland Hills for good Ramen! Apps were fantastic as well as the tofu/salmon bowls. A decent place to grab some ramen, and fairly quiet. Food is great, and the people that work there are lovely and attentive. I’d call it cozy, but the decor doesn’t really lend itself to that definition — I rated atmosphere low because the bar next door made everything smell like an ashtray.
