I hope this message finds the owner/manger. The food is mid quality. The drinks are mid quality. The service is mid quality. The owner/manager should focus more on the service levels and food. The older lady that usually bartends outside tends to only pay attention to her “usual” customers. If you’re not a “usual”, then your quality of service is really subpar. My food orders are almost always wrong and hospitality isn’t readily available here. Save your time and money and choose the other locations near Pembroke Pines or near I-95. First time here and I was amazed at how laid back and cozy this place is. The service was excellent and the staff were very friendly and attentive. It’s Hooters. The girls are pretty and the food is mediocre at best. Service not great, lots of sports on the various televisions. They didn’t get my order correct but I trying to explain it to our server was like talking to a beautiful housefly. So it didn’t go much of anywhere. My friend and I ate, paid and went about our business. Wasn’t terrible, wasn’t great but was busy due to a few popular events on tv that day. Came into the bar today. The ladies were great. Courteous and super friendly. Had my drink within 5 minutes and food arrived very soon after. They were extremely attentive and the food was delicious. Food was just terrible, we've ordered the Buffalo burger and there was no sauce no vegetables, just burnt buns and a dry chicken breast... we also had hot chicken wings and lemon pepper , they were so greasy and dry. Really bad experience would never order again from this place. Food: 1
