Pizza was ok. I didn't like that even though I gave the cashier my online order number I still was asked for the last 4 digits of my card. Being asked that made me feel undervalued as a customer. Pre-ordered a big carry-out order. Went to pick it up at scheduled time, wasn't ready had to wait an additional 10-15mins. Got home only to realize they didn't give me my pizza. I called in to let them know...only thing I was offered was a store credit or to come back and get my pizza. I went with the latter option which the person over the phone only offered a complimentary brownie or cookie not even an apology. I got there 15mins later only for the "cookie or brownie" to not be ready and was told I could get a cupcake from the fridge area. Really disappointed tonight.
