Really great food! Bagels are soft and delicious, breakfast sandwiches are phenomenal, lunch items terrific, and baked items are fantastic! I was so excited to eat here while visiting Rochester area for the first time with my partner, but very disappointed. The atmosphere was pretty awful - it seemed as though the manager was fighting with the employees which created an uncomfortable energy while we were waiting for our order. The aesthetics inside are lacking and make other locations in the city preferable to grab a vegan meal. I got a bagel with vegan cream cheese - pretty hard to mess that up, yet there was barely any cream cheese on it and the bagel was cold by the time I finally got it. Fortunately my partner’s meal was good enough to redeem the awful environment and weird petty energy. Service Take out Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
