Manager and employee with red hair are rude and snotty. Tried to make us pay for something when it was the machines fault. 10/10 do not recommend.
Tried to cash in a scratch ticket at 11:30 and was told it's too late. I'm 98 % sure the cutoff is 2:00 a.m. the person working would sell them but it was obviously too just too much work to cash one in
The cashier Perry is very kind! I was 12 cents short and he payed from his own pocket. 10/10 would recommend!

Stopped here on a road trip at 3am and was told the convenience store was closed. I thought this was supposed to be 24 hours? Plus their pumps don’t work well enough to pump themselves so I had to stand in 15 degree weather to pump my gas. Overall was not enjoyable.

Went in on a Friday 07/31 late night around 11:15pm . Found what I needed , went to check out and had to listen to the cashier and some lady in front of me talk about how masks don’t work. The clerk went on to have a conversation about how he wishes he could wear a plague / grim deeper mask but his boss said it’s “inappropriate”. They then proceeded to pull down their masks and continue their conversation not only putting themselves in danger but everyone else in the store. Pandemics are real and I wish I’d see a company and their employees abide by standards and rules that are put in place for a reason. Really disgusting
$10 car wash was advertised... The clerk charged me $12... I pushed and he rejected... Customer is WRONG!!! Stay away from. holiday gas station! Go somewhere else!
Purchased a car wash at store 385 this past weekend and then realized there were 20 cars in line, and I didn't have time to wait. I requested a refund and was told by staff that I could take it to a different Holiday store and they would issue me a code for their car wash. Came to this Holiday store today and the cashier was super rude and said "they don't do that." I called store 385 back and he said, "well they can do that we do it often," but said if I drove all the way back to his store he would issue a refund. Terrible customer service. Won't be back.
My visit was on Aug 1, 2017. Just a few short hours ago, I got lost in Billings during the thunderstorm/flash flood. I found a familiar looking gas station, got out in the pouring rain, put together my wheelchair, went inside shivering. (For some reason, there wasn't a hoodie in my car!) I got a couple drinks and asked for directions to I-94. While I loaded back into my car still in the downpour, the cashier ran out to me with a blanket he had in his car! Thank you so much! ♿👍👏
Do not shop at these stores!!! They will sell you stuff you cant use and when you try to get a refund they will tell you that you are out of luck and out your money. The sold me a phone card and promised me 3 times it was the rite one, when I found out it was not the rite one they would not refund or exchange it, The district manager actually said I guess your out your money we don't do refunds.

Jeff, Kelly, Kenny, Jim, Betty and all the other wonderful employees do excellent job of taking care of all their customers. I go out of my way to shop and by gas there. Great Job. I would recommend them to everyone. Drive Safely My Friends.
