Although I work here in Salina, I would eat at hogwild in Wichita(s. Rock rd ) about once a month. Our food has great smoke flavor, ribs fall off the bone. I enjoy working here, we have a great g.m and we're getting our staff locked in with great people who want to provide quality BBQ for people to enjoy. I've had customers come in and tell us that they are from all over the state and when they come through we are the bbq place to stop and eat and usually buy extra racks or ribs or pounds if meat for when they get home. If your looking for catering we got you covered to. Pick up, delivered or ever served were your guys!..but don't be late we close at 8 lol!.
