Onsite orders come before mobile orders. Have been waiting 40min and they still didn't start making my order. While people who stand in live line get their order under 10min. Very unfair. The time waited at the end was 55min Service: 1

Very unfriendly staff that could use a training in politeness and service. They prepare one order a time which is very inefficient. After standing in line for 20 minutes we were told the register we were waiting for was now only for online orders (while I’ve seen them take both online and in-store orders from this register) they grabbed a ‘register closed’ sign and put it in front of us. At this moment we left the store in surprised anger to look for another Hesburger. Don’t go here. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

We wanted to order burgers and stood in line for 20 minutes only to have the staff tell us the line we waited in was an administrative register (they took orders there before which we saw and it was the only register only at the time we came into the restaurant) and pull up the card out of the sudden saying it’s administrative only. We left without food as the wait was too long. Would not recommend this Hesburger. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

There no drive in. Short working hours, no milkshakes. Coffe is not tasty.

We were about to make our order. Then I saw something I have never seen before. There were 50+ burgers readily made on heat plate waiting to get mushy. With the volume of customers I observed it was worth of about 3 hours if just the orders match.

If you want to eat and take fast really not recommend this place. Like fast food restaurant supposed to make it fast at least try to make it. Here people waiting more than 30minutes to take in, around 30minutes at drive-in to just make an order. Tables dirty, floors also looks really bad from dirt. If you compare with others hesburger places Service Dine in Meal type Dinner

nuggets were very greasy and undercooked, had to wait for more than 30mins for everything tp get ready, fries were not salted, tortilla was dry. my order was given to customer in front for no reason at all, that explains extra waiting time.
