On March 9th, I visited this establishment and unfortunately had a dreadful experience. Despite having previously encountered issues during a visit a couple of years ago, I decided to give it another chance. However, today’s visit was exceptionally disappointing. Despite the sparse crowd, our server displayed rude behavior, rushing us to pay immediately after our food was served. Additionally, upon returning from a brief restroom break, I was dismayed to find my $17 meal discarded, despite hardly being touched. I strongly discourage patronizing this establishment. Food was great and we went when they had their $20 for a full slab of ribs! It comes with two pieces of bread as well! Super delicious and fall of the bone ribs! Not dry at all and super tender. Their barbecue sauce is sweet and smoky! Overall loved it! Their burnt end sandwich was great and their fries and tater tots were burning hot! Love great barbecue and great people!! This is a great spot for both. This is barbecue that is done right! Finger licking good. Shy was fantastic with recommendations from telling us about the menu, going over the local beer choices, and giving us ideas for site seeing. The smoked brisket was, melt in your mouth like butter delicious. The turkey was also amazing. Loved the special hot sauce too! The mushrooms come with a horseradish sauce that makes a great combo. Just ate an early dinner at Hayward’s with my grandparents, the food, service, and food were wonderful!!! The a staff was super friendly!!!! We had the onion rings, fries, burnt ends, sausage, and beef. We will so be back!!!! Allison was my server, 10/10 experience. The most sweetest and personable server I've ever had! Had the 3 meat combo for 2 and got 5 lbs of food for $40. Amazing ribs, brisket, sausage! Ribs 11/10, perfect! Brisket as tender as prime rib and spicy cheddar sausage was prime! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
