I've given this place many chances hoping the experience would be different but it never is. They are always out of something you order. This time I went in and waited at the counter to order only to have some "regular" come in behind me and hand in their order in ahead of me. A couple months ago, I had Hawaii Five-O-Three when it was brought in as a group (catered) meal. It was delicious. I live close and I have been there a few times, tonight being my 5th time total. Each and every time, they are sold out of many of their staple items and regularly have lists of menu items they're out of. Many times it is their primary meat dishes, so I have to order other things I didn't really want as much. It's super annoying, and disappointing when you want something that's on their menu. But, tonight, much of their menu was unavailable or out of stock, INCLUDING RICE AND MAC! What kind of Hawaiian food restaurant runs out of rice and mac?! The employees, though very polite and apologetic, were also embarrassed they had run out of their main menu items. It's a real shame- because the food is good, but I strongly recommend you don't go just to be disappointed. Poor management, poor purchasing, poor planning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have heard amazing things about this place and today was the day we decided to give it a try. Omg let me tell you..... The over the phone customer service was a 10 ! Diana I believe was her name was super friendly and explained everything. I also want to give a shout out to the cooks because let me tell you the food was amazing! We got our order to go and we live a little ways out, when we got home The crazy chicken was still crunchy!!!!! 🤯. We will def be back and will be recommending ! I go here with my family often. I’ve tried most of the meats and none of them have disappointed. The crazy chicken and Kalbi have to be our favorites. The 3 meat plate feeds me, my husband and our toddler it’s so much food. The service is always excellent. Pictured is the one meat plate with crazy chicken. I was born on the islands, and this is authentic Hawaiian cuisine. The staff are wonderful and friendly. They provide that aloha feel right here in Oregon.
