Love love love hash kitchen the salmon egg Benedict is absolutely AMAZING the taste, texture and portions are EVERYTHING. Nice place to go with your lover, friends or even to go in the morning to remotely work. The staff and atmosphere is live and a dose of positive energy... the wait can be long if you don't get there early but it's because you will not be disappointed in the food❤️ Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I arrived at 10:40 am. to meet a group for a birthday brunch 16 people, they seated us at 1:45, water came about 10 minutes later,about 10 minutes after that he came to take orders 1 lone waiter, he brought our drinks with food he never came back to see what we needed ,the 1 star for service is blamed on management he did the best he could with such a large group, they could have sold more drinks had they helped him out. My niece and her husband were ready to leave before everyone else. They were told they could not split the check it was only one check because it was too much work to split it , and I came alone, I'm a senior, so I ordered 1 drink and a small meal. Why would I pay as much as the folks who came with 3-4 people in their party? I spoke to the manager, and he was allowed to split the check...the food was absolutely delicious and reasonably priced ,they are not well equipped for large parties. All I Can Say Is... GET HERE EARLY! The food is fantastic, wait staff. Amazing! Have questions about the Bloody Mary Bar, ask, and a staff member will help you. The venue is a little tight inside for dining. There is a full-length bar and seating outside. The restaurant focuses on being gramable, but luckily that doesn't get in the way of the food really. I got the chicken and waffles, which were good, though crispy, the chicken was a kind of bland. The fries eggs Benedict was a decent size, good for two people to share, and the French press coffee was nice and strong. It can get loud in there at times, which can make it a little annoying, but that's the vib of the place. The staff was nice, and overall, it isn't a bad place, though it was on the expensive side. Loved this place! Came to visit AZ for the weekend of a boxing tournament and I’m so happy I chose THIS breakfast spot for my first meal of the day! Atmosphere: 10/10 If you don’t like louder than usual music you won’t like it here. If you don’t mind and love it hate frequents the radio then you’ll enjoy the DJ during your whole visit. DJ was playing all the popular hits and the whole place has a disco, not-club-but-kindda-a-club feel. Great seating, a little tight but not enough to make you feel cramped. The bar was completely open so I was able to sit down right away, the wait seemed a little long for groups. The decor was nice, very clean! Service: 10/10 Everyone was so nice, the bartenders took great care of me. It was a young man and woman and they were both so sweet, knowledgeable of the menu and had amazing attitudes and showed such phenomenal hospitality. The young man seemed to be training, but I wouldn’t have been able to tell. Wait was very decent for how busy it was, food and drinks came out in a timely manner. Food: 10/10 I got the mimosa flight with the added cotton candy sprinkle bomb whatever it’s called. I have to say all the drinks were extremely sweet so I ended up giving away my last mimosa to my bar neighbors. Very yummy, but too sweet for me to attempt those four again. I also ordered the breakfast potato tacos and oh my goodness.. so bomb 💣 even with all the toppings the tacos were fried to perfect crunchy perfection, the filling was a perfect blend of (I believe) potatoes and cheese, fresh letter and crema on top. It was heaven on a plate. I couldn’t finish the huge portion, but left perfectly fat.. I mean full and content. The salt caramel latte was the perfect start to my day, not overly sweet and the perfect amount of creaminess (I had to substitute oat milk for regular milk). I would come back just for the coffee! Overall I enjoyed my experience here with the staff AND the food! This will be a go to whenever I’m in town and visiting. We were excited to try Hash. We arrived at 1050am and put our names in. They said a 45min wait for 4 people. Not too bad for a Saturday. 1140am comes around and I go to check on our table and they apologized and said 15-20 more minutes. The place is definitely busy. I go up at 1210pm, they apologize and tell me another 15-20 minutes. I asked them to remove us from the list. I understand you’re busy. Do better with evaluating your wait times. I did not care for the club volume music inside the restaurant. I can definitely see how others would enjoy the atmosphere though. We will likely try again on a weekday. 11/17 got here at 1040am. 45min wait for two, no problem. We go check at 45min and there are 12 parties ahead of us. This is ridiculous. 11/19 went in at 730am and was seated right away. The canoli donuts were delicious. The buttermilk pancakes were huge. 4 stack! Flavor wise they tasted like any other pancake. I received a gift card for Hash Kitchen & finally made time to visit. Hash Kitchen is a very UPSCALE busy brunch spot that you will love. You may want to get there early to reserve a table. Although the restaurant was crowded with a 30 minutue wait, the host was fast & seated us rt away. They serve decorative drinks from fresh press juices to exotic cute alcohol drinks. The food was fresh & tasty. I met a bartender by the name of Matt, who was very cool, friendly & professional. I will be a returning customer. Thanks for the warm welcome & great services. The creative adult beverages and atmosphere are really the reason to eat here. Another reviewer described as a combination of restaurant and night club. I agree and it really is a fun atmosphere complete with a live DJ on a Saturday morning, as long as you aren’t looking for a quiet brunch. Nothing about Hash Kitchen is quiet. Our server Marissa was great and kept my drinks flowing as well as explaining the menu and helping us first timers figure out the place. The French toast was so close to being great. We decided to go to Hash Kitchen after a fabulous church service this morning. And it was a great addition to a morning that was already starting off great. This was my first time to Hash Kitchen and it was a great experience. Although it was crowded and they anticipated an hour wait, we chose to sit at the bar and we able to get right in. First great choice. The bar staff was phenomenal. Especially James. The food selection was overwhelming initially just to look at but with some many options, you couldn't go wrong. We made a couple of selections and they did not disappoint. We had the Mega Mimosa as a shared drink and that was quite delicious. The atmosphere was great and the music that the DJ was playing, was just right. I would recommend this restaurant hands down. Good food, good drinks, good service, good atmosphere.
