Who would have thought that in the picturesque little town of Medina, an amazing restaurant would exist. We went with friends who had understood it was excellent and that was correct. Harvest is housed in an exquisite old opera house constructed of Medina sandstone. It is elegant and quiet. The service is old school attentive without being intrusive. The menu is interesting and refined with a lovely wine list. Each meal was beautifully cooked and beautifully presented. About the only complaint was that the margarita was slightly too sweet. While the experience was not inexpensive, it was worth it! Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Our second time going and we keep wanting to go back. We drive an hour to get here and it's worth it every time! Everything is incredible. Both times we had great service and delicious food. I know they switch up the menu frequently, but always get a steak. Always. Last night, I experienced something new: an extraordinary meal from a singularly unexpected source. To say that both the meal and its maker have challenged my preconceptions about fine cooking is a gross understatement. They have rocked me to my core. In the past, I have made no secret of my disdain for Chef Gusteau’s famous motto, “Anyone can cook.” But I realize, only now do I truly understand what he meant. Not everyone can become a great artist; but a great artist can come from anywhere. It is difficult to imagine more humble origins than those of the genius now cooking at Harvest who is, in this critic’s opinion, nothing less than the finest chef in America. I will be returning to Harvest soon, hungry for more. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

What an absolutely beautiful dining experience. The waitstaff was so attentive, the open concept kitchen made you feel as though you’re interacting with the chefs, and the seasonality of the menu was exquisite. If you’re ever in Medina and want to treat yourself to a delicious meal- Harvest is the place to do so. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50
Absolutely tremendous meal. Open kitchen display was really nice addition to the evening. Staff was professional. The mustard gnocchi with Brussels and lardons... Almost ordered one to go. The burrata was the best I've ever had. Tied the whole salad together with the acidic dressing and crunchy brunoise apples. But the filet stole the show for me on Friday night. Not something I order. However I would make the hour drive again for that dish alone. Favorite filet dish in WNY. Ideal atmosphere for this kind of food. Great wines too. We must go back! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
One of the best meals I have had in a while. From the Amuse Bouche to Beet salad with champagne vinaigrette and Seabass, all spectacular. My husband and I loved it so much we bought a gift certificate for my parents to enjoy the same experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you for all of the effort put into each and every dish. Did a tasting dinner in June and it was one of the most amazing dinner I've ever had. Service was amazing and beyond. Everything about this place makes me want to return again soon! I have another RSVP for the end of July again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner
We have had two amazing meals at this absolute gem. The service, ambiance and food rivals some of the best restaurants we have dined in, including Paris. Simple perfection on a plate. The bar is bright and elegant with well conceived craft cocktails and importantly, well done classics. Aperitif are not available in the traditional sense yet but the GM went out of his way to ensure my brother had something to enjoy. Have a bit of patience as this new endeavor finds its way and enjoy the experience. The food is worth the wait and attentive servers working as a seamless team make the night a true experience!

Absolutely wonderful experience at Harvest Restaurant. We enjoyed a wonderful dinner, served by a top notch staff. Our server was absolutely professional and thorough, and very friendly! The food, locally sourced from farm to table, was top notch both in presentation, taste and texture. Don't expect the same meal options to be available day after day as the menu changes often based on available ingredients. Definitely a wonderful opportunity to try something new. The palate cleanser/appeteaser (amuse boucher) consisted of a greek yogurt and cucumber puree). Nice touch! The bread, slices of french baguette, was fresh and had a wonderful crust. It was served with butter wedges. I enjoyed a Caprese salad, with delicious fresh tomatoes and absolutely creamy mozzarella cheese, with a balsamic vinegar with the right balance of acidity and sweetness. For the main course, I had the Ibérico Pork with fingerling potatoes and wilted spinach. The pork, bone-in, was very tender and flavorful, the fingerlings were crisp outside and creamy-tender inside (a divine combination), and the spinach was perfectly wilted and every so buttery. For dessert, I thoroughly enjoyed the Creme Brulee, deliciously creamy, not overly sweet, with a hair-thin caramelized sugar crust that crumbled satisfactorily as I dug spoon after spoon into this wonderful creation. Accompanied by a double espresso, this was definitely the way to end a wonderful meal. Definitely will visit again! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100
