Kathy and Seth at the Deli Meat and Cheese section you two are beautiful souls! I appreciate your kindness and customer service! Your active listening and just being nice when things are hard really meant Alot! You two deserve all the gold stars! 💚💚
The store is great but the management and coworkers are disrespectful. They also need a easier fn way to apply thanks for nothing.....!!
Great QC harmons. Still having products on the shelf that are a month past expiration date. I just about called today my last day after taking a few gulps before realizing it smelt bad. Do better!
If I could give a zero stars today I definitely would. Shopping at Harmons and notice that Monsters are on Sale today for .99 cents. Take our monsters up and the kid starts helping us scan them since they won’t scan at all. He accidentally rang us up for 99@.99cents calls Manager Tammy over to void and she says “first of all who rang these up as grocery?” Well obviously since your employee is standing there he did. She proceeds to be rude and tell us that they aren’t on sale for that when the tag is clearly marked .99 cents on it and could t give us a reason why. We were just supposed to take her word for it. It’s called false advertising. It said 16oz monster for .99 cents. She refused to give them for that price and was rude to us and her employee! She needs to be told what a customer service manager does. Serves customers without being angry. I love Harmons but will not put up with poor customer service.
Harmons is a grocery store that has a bunch of locations around the Utah Valley area. Similar to most other grocery chains, it's got your basic needs for food and home. There wasn't many employees working when we were there so the lines were long, but the store was clean and shelves were stocked pretty well. Prices are normal compared to other grocery stores in the area as well.

Sadly after working here for a few months I have realized how disgusting the produce department is. The assistant manager Meghan will not wear gloves nor wash hands, she would touch the trash compost and then touch the produce and pick up off the floor to then working back to the produce. I was taught that was okay, which it’s not. Too much produce that was bad was put on the floor and I’d have to go and try to fix that but for that pay it’s not worth it. I wouldn’t trust the produce as much as it’s being claimed fresh. The department needs a huge upgrade, I was very disappointed with the manager not doing anything about it but having his assistant manager going around with an unpleasant aura.
Profiled immediately when my husband and I walked in. I was followed around the store (while looking for the bathroom). My husband bought groceries and waited outside the bathroom for me. The bathroom was filthy. When I was done, employees kept talking to us, but never asking if we needed help. Then they just stared. My husband was also required to show his receipt. "I'm going to need to see that receipt." Horrible 15 minute experience. Never going there again. Don't recommend.
I think Harmon's. Is a great store but VERY EXPENSIVE.!!!!!. I Hardly Ever SHOP There!! Not On my Small Budget
