I ordered a super bacon biscuit and then paid extra to add sausage patty and they gave me a a regular sausage bacon biscuit which is not the same cost wise. Also the chicken biscuit was seasoned horribly and was burnt. Also people here had attitudes. Never again. I stopped at Hardee's this afternoon to pick up lunch for my co-workers and the customer service was PHENOMENAL. Lisa was on top of absolutely everything. We know how it can be to order for multiple people and the order comes up with something missing or wrong. Not on her watch, she double-checked my order, and the hospitality was top tier.
