Visit this place and try delicious beer. You will be offered great bubble tea. From the guests' point of view, prices are average. Come here for the calm atmosphere. I was the first person once they opened in the morning. While paying for my order, the guy behind the counter started complaining about how he had to go grocery shopping before work (it's 11am) and how those errands and adulting was so stressful... Okay odd, I didn't think much of it. It took at least 20 mins for my order which is long for being the first order. They clearly didn't have stuff ready to go since I watched all the employees walk in at store opening time. I ordered the chicken wrap sandwich which was actually quite tasty, yet very filling. The mild sauce was great! And the waffle fries were even better! HOWEVER, I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW FILTHY THIS PLACE WAS UNTIL AFTER I ORDERED AND SAT DOWN!!!! Now it makes sense why the guy at the counter was complaining about something as simple as grocery shopping, that's very obviously the mindset of the people that work here!!!! See my photos for the grime on the floors and the filth on the napkin dispenser. THIS PLACE IS VERY OBVIOUSLY NOT CLEANED AT THE END OF EVERY DAY! I wish I ate on the outside patio honestly. I will say, I did not get sick luckily, but it doesn't surprise me one bit that other reviews claim they did. FUNNY ENOUGH THE HEALTH INSPECTOR SHOWED UP!! They walked in shortly after me while I was still waiting for my food. The same guy who took my order told the health inspector that the manager wasn't in, but the health inspector still insisted on going back into the kitchen. There was certainly a sense of hesitation or resistance going on which made me second guess this place. There was no health inspection letter on the front door so this only makes me believe this is a follow up visit!! UNFORTUNATELY I WILL NOT BE BACK Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

What is up with this location? Never had issues with the Ashland restaurant. Even the employees give a ‘don’t care’ vibe. There’s barely even a presence of staff at the counter. Chicken was dry. Also has 1 order of hot and 1 order of medium. There was no difference in spicy level. The medium was a darker color than the hot. Either way, no one could tell the difference. The chicken we got was terrible. It was either extremely overcooked or it had been cooked earlier and thrown back in the fryer to get it hot again. Or they were using old oil for cooking regardless, the chicken was dry, chewy and tasteless. Super disappointed and won't be going back.
