Nog één van de culinaire pareltjes die Kerkrade rijk is: Goedkoop parkeren om de hoek en gelegen aan het kleine maar fraaie marktje in het centrum. Heel sfeervol ingericht restaurant met oog voor gezellig tafelen en vriendelijk-down to earth- personeel. Daarbij heerlijk gegeten voor een faire prijs. Wat kan een mens nog meer verlangen? Honestly the restaurant looks nice but only 2 waiters tonight for a full restaurant!! The 3 guys at the kitchen work really hard non stop making dishes but unfortunately nobody on time to take them and bring them to the clients. We waited long for the food 50 min o more and the waiter forgot my Cesar salad which was my main dish!. He brought the food for my husband and kids and nothing for me. I had to ask ar the kitchen for my food. They made a super fast salad unfortunately ( lettuce, cucumber, parsley radishes all kind of vegetables nothing to do with a real Cesar salad) When I ask the waiter about this crazy salad he instead to give one apologize just said very arrogant " This is the Cesar salad that we do here " well I answered him this one isn't on your menu as Cesar salad go and read. He came back after to read the menu without any apology told us it won't be charged in the bill. Honestly the food of my husband was very tasty and the desserts were very delicious. Despite the incident I believe the kitchen team are very good the restaurant is missing at least 2 more qualified waiters. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person €30–40

Gusto Bistrobar is een echte aanrader! Van gezellig een drankje doen met een hapje tot heerlijk dineren. Al meerdere avonden hier mogen genieten van de culinaire gerechten. Van een lekker salade tot pasta of een overheerlijk vlees/visgerecht. Alles wordt netjes geserveerd met altijd een afwisselend groente gerecht en friet of pasta. Gezellig restaurant, het eten was lekker, vooral de dame blanche, bij het lavataartje was de lava opgedroogd en was dit toetje wat klein.
