I recently visited Guimos Mexican restaurant and had an incredible experience. The margarita tree was a showstopper - not only was it visually stunning, but it was also incredibly delicious. It definitely added a fun and festive touch to our evening. And let's talk about the lengua tacos - they were hands down the best I've ever had. The meat was tender, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the fresh toppings. Every bite was a delight. Overall, the combination of the stunning margarita tree and the mouthwatering lengua tacos made for a memorable dining experience at Guimos. Food was horrifyingly dry and tasteless. Plenty of servers, but no service. We decided to give the place a second try, but had the same experience. They clearly source an alarming amount of food out of cans. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Having been to México various times (outside of resorts), I can honestly say that Guimos is one of the few Mexican restaurants in the area that provides *authentic* Mexican food. Seriously the BEST Mexican food I’ve had in a long time. I got the taco plate and tried the pollo, pastor, and asada tacos and all three were incredible. I chose to dine-in and for only $13.50 got a basket of chips and salsa with my plate of 3 tacos and rice/beans, amazing value for what you receive! 10/10 would recommend!! An absolute hidden gem. You might drive right by and not even notice the place but don't let that fool you. I had some of the best steak tacos I've ever had as well as excellent homemade hot sauce. The service was incredibly fast and friendly. Plenty of food for the price. I don't live nearby but I'm going to be definitely coming here again next time I'm in the area.
