Oh my goodness! Everyone LOVED Groovy Gluten Free Bakery’s cake! Especially my daughter who is also celiac! We were so thrilled to have a ‘birthday’ cake that tasted like a delicious gluten full cake! We ordered the 3 layer classic yellow cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing and it was AMAZING!
I discovered this bakery through a friend who had this same cake at her birthday party, as she also must eat GF. After eating a slice, I could not stop thinking about this cake, so I ordered my own cake on her first available date, just because it’s been 5 years since I had such an awesome cake! It was so yummy!
The rest of my family that can eat gluten all really enjoyed it too and were surprised it was GF!! It was moist, had a great taste and texture. It was flavorful and the cake, raspberry and frosting all went together really well!
For celiacs- my daughter and I are super sensitive to cross contamination and we had no issues at all!
I have already reserved her for all our cakes for next year!! Plus I’m thinking I will need another ‘just because’ cake soon!! It’s worth the drive to Princeton for her cakes!

Placed cake order with Lindsay and she was very helpful with the process and once I picked up the cake she toss a few French Macaroons to try out and they tasted AMAZING! Never heard of them or even seen them before which blew my mind how something so small has a tasteful flavor. Highly recommend this business

Hands down the best gluten free cake I’ve ever had. My son and I were so excited to eat cake that finally didn’t taste like cardboard and plain. No one at the party could even tell it was gluten free. That’s how good it was. The cake decorating was beautiful and everything we asked for. I’m super impressed and highly recommend

I shared my inspiration, particularly my desire to have our beloved dogs represented on the cake, and Lindsay not only embraced the concept but also aided me in sourcing the figurines.
