Zack’s knowledge of the menu and recommendations were spot-on, helping me navigate through the extensive options available. This is My spot with Deana….our first date was here! Bartenders; Troy and Christine (she no longer works there) are super cool and we enjoy the banter! Cocktails are always good ….i drink Makers Manhattan and Deana love the Peach Martinis they make for her! We usually just get appetizers and they have always been tasty and fun! End the night with an Espresso Martini! Atmosphere is old historic hotel but lively! Second bar in back usually will have some for of DJ and dancing! I'm not sure what this place used to be but it looks like an old hotel. Our table was in the corner of the bar area and it was absolutely freezing for some reason. The bar crowd was lively and they had college football on which was nice for my hubby. The chopped Cobb salad was good but it was not what someone from Chicago knows as a chopped salad. My husband had the burger 🍔 and it looked delicious, though he said it was hard to eat. I love a messy burger, so I'm sure I would have loved it.
