The atmosphere is fantastic, the staff is super nice and knowledgeable, and the drinks and food are fun.
I got a Thai Tea Latte with coconut jelly. You're able to pick the sweetness level so I did 50% since Thai Ice teas are usually pretty sweet. The drink was phenomenal!! The Staff guided me to an incredible choice.
Food wise, I also got an egg waffle. It was an original with auger sprinkled on top. It was warm and delicious. It made a great pairing with the Thai Tea Latte.
Overall a great place to hang out, drink tea, and just vibe.

Update: Did not expect to get a response from the shop. They refunded me so I’m updating my review as this is the one we always frequent and support, we hang out here with our kids, and recommend to everyone else. We’re entitled to bad/off days including businesses, and they made it right. I really appreciate it and will continue to support this local business.
It’s becoming more and more common that you need to pay attention to what you’re paying for and what you’re getting. Paid for a Large Thai tea for a family member and got a Medium, didn’t realize it until I got home. On top of that, I went to the pick up counter, there is a gal there on her laptop, no greeting, doesn’t ask me what our order number is, just ignores me. Why are you behind the customer service counter if you’re not working and helping people? We’re getting to the point where we need to do people’s jobs.

I’ve been coming to gong cha every weekend for the last few months but today was my last. They got my order wrong and instead of making a new one they spilled out half my drink added the oreo crumbs and filled the rest with ice. Drink tasted like water!
