I went to Charlestown for the casino. Just got loss after loss. So I decided to check out golden horseshoe, and I'm glad I did. The entire staff from the dancers to the bouncer and even the owner were incredibly friendly and helpful. Having only brought the money I was willing to lose at the casino was more than enough to have a wonderful experience at horseshoe. Next time I'm in Charlestown I'll skip the casino and go straight to golden horshoe
Last time I’ll ever go there, took 100 bucks out the atm, they charged me 28 bucks for a fee without warning, drinks are way over priced for full glass of ice, there are better places to go honestly.

I love this Club. I worked here along time ago. Linda & Jim always treated their dancers nicely. The Club was always clean and it was always tidy. Great food great entertainment and the prices for the customers was descent. I recommend this Club in these inflationary times if you're on a tight budget...
Most of the negative reviews on here are from customers who couldn't follow the rules. I have been all over the country at many clubs and I feel comfortable and safe here. If you are looking for extras, anything illegal or to waste the dancers time this isn't the spot. It is a entertainment club and there are rules to follow and dancers are there to work not hookup. It is a cash only club with 2 ATMs, door fee is $10, and dance prices are fair.
Low grade, rude entertainers and staff that seemed more desperate for money then actually having fun entertainment, dances overpriced, quality severely lacking. Drink prices were fine. Litterally watched the girls continously point after one guy who I guess had all the obvious money and practically followed him around all night ignoring everyone else, which I've never seen so obviously done at any other club I've been to which just threw the vibe off for our group being we had a lot of money to waste but no point of showing off in a place like this as you will just get pestered for shots from the "entertainers" instead of actually being entertained. None of us will be returning.
generally a black club if that matters to you at all. some of the girls are hot, some are not, all have busted teeth. kinda overpriced for West Virginia club but it's near the casino. someone did get stabbed in the parking lot while I was there or I'd have gone 2 stars. you are probably better off driving farther along :////
First time visiting from out of town. I've been to a number of clubs, and here's my opinion of this one:
First, decent sized parking lot. Dirt lot next to it for additional parking. The business interior was clean. A bit of smoke near the back, but not terrible. It was well lit enough to easily see, but still dark enough to give it that inviting feel. You can hang out in a corner, sit near the stage, or get right up front and center. I had no problem seeing any of the girls from the moment I walked in, and they were friendly from the start.
If you like your women pinned up, half plastic, and almost entirely fake - go somewhere else. These women look real, and I found that very refreshing. They look great, as long as you enjoy natural and real beauty. One was absolutely gorgeous (a solid 10), and she was really into her performance. She'll get your blood flowing. Another girl was way too cute for me to believe she was even up there - and she was so friendly and talkative. Most of the girls were getting into it, giving a show, and having fun. Enthusiasm is everything in places like this.
They'll treat you like a person. Talk to you as they're performing, draw you in. At some clubs I've visited, it's all business. Here, they add that personal element.
In a bit over an hour, the only time the same girl performed twice was when they had two girls dancing simultaneously. Plenty of talent, imo. Drink prices were reasonable.
I didn't get a private dance this time, but I'll definitely be visiting again.
Went on a Saturday night between 10p and midnight. Nice range of dancers. All the dancers were very friendly, so was the staff. Cocktails were average and cost a bit more than a regular bar. So many stages, lots of opportunities to get close at the tip rail. Dancers were reasonably interactive, and not shy about anything. Dances were a bit pricey at $36 for one song, but I still got one.
