My family eats at this location every Saturday morning for lunch. The staff is incredible, the food is always so fresh, and the price is unbeatable. Simply perfect! Each and every Saturday we have a great experience and we have the amazing staff to thank for it! Myra, Kim, and Chris do an amazing job each and every week. It is a wonderful tradition we have started with our family, and we are so grateful to have found these wonderful folks. Meal was thrown together asked to remake and was told that my food was fresh. (My fries and roll was burnt I even had burnt pieces of okra in my fries) Manger was rude and very short tempered, usually never have an issue here. I told him I would be writing a review said he didn’t care and slammed the drive window. I went inside and got my money back! Never again, if you don’t like your job sir find a new one! I’ve always loved golden chicks tenders, okra and rolls. However, lately the okra is either burnt or not fully cooked. Also, the rolls are usually hot, soft and delicious. The last few times they have been hard and cold as if they are old. Plus they also charged me .49 cent for one bar b que sauce after purchasing two meals. Ridiculous! We had a surprisingly good lunch there recently. She had the 3 shrimp meal and I had the fish and shrimp meal. The food was hot the fries and okra were great. Even the rolls were tasty. I don't know if all the Golden Chicks are as good, but this location was great. We'll be back.
