If you don’t want to wait your money waste your money
First, the food is good. Second, our waitress was very nice. However, the overall experience was ruined by the host. ....I tried to call 7 mins before our arrival to book a table for 4 and was told that we had to check in at the restaurant. OK. We arrived, signed up, and were told it would be a 15-20 minutes wait. OK. As we then waited 25 minutes, I notice 3 different groups of 4 or more people seated before us. I also overhear what sounds like the host taking reservations by phone. I approach the host to look at the sheet to see our reservation crossed out and several additional groups after us already seated too. For whatever reason, he never called our name but gave our table away to another group. I let him know, and he promised to seat us next only to make us wait another 10 minutes while seating another group who arrived after us next. When we finally got seated, they sat us right next to the bathroom in the back in probably the worst section of the restaurant (hence my low atmosphere score). No apologies were given. The host singlehandedly ruined an otherwise good night.

지인분들하고 다같이 갔는데 알바분들이 너무 친절하고 고기도 잘 구워주시고 불편함 없이 잘 먹고 좋은 시간이였어요 점심에 20불 정도 하는데 고기 무제한이라 너무 좋아요 자주 가고 있어요 그리고 단골이신 지인분 생일이셨는데 생일축하도 해줬어요

It's a much quieter kbbq place. They bring so many sides too. The meat portions are a little on the small side for the large party I had, but that's okay. I wish the servers were a little more attentive

This spot was relaxed, fast and friendly. The food was flavorful and can’t complain about the service one bit. It’s a nice spot for a quick bite when you’re on the run casually.

Korean Side Dishes
The hours on the website and Door clearly says open until 10:30, they have a large neon sign that says OPEN.
I went there on a Thursday night at 9:00, the sign was still on and there were at least 15 people in the restaurant, I asked to place a order for take out, the manager came to me and told me they were closed, I said but it’s 9:00 and he said sorry we are close. if you are close, turn the sign off that says that you are open and also change it on your website.

Tasty food, quality meat but service fail short. Saturday night party of 7 for my son's birthday. We ended up cooking our own food. I'm used to server cooking some or most of the food. These the server just drop off the raw meat. Then tip is automatically added which I don't mind. This is almost worse than a buffet in terms of table service. Do better Gogi management have two server tend a larger party.
