Went here for an after-work team dinner and it was an awesome experience! The drinks were great especially the Shark Bite! I had a catch of the day special which I think was swordfish and it was very delicious! Everyone loved the starters and entrees. Staff was friendly and kept the drinks flowing for our stay. The location is right by the water and made for a nice after dinner walk before walking back to the hotel. I would come back here again. Highly recommend trying this place. I want to share my experience with you about this restaurant. It was chilly the night we went so sitting inside was a good thing. Lol. I was greeted with a smile and the hostess sat me quickly. By a window with the view of the water and lighthouse. Very cool atmosphere. Starting with the local rendition of a Blood Mary(thank you Queen Mary) it was infused and tasty simply fantastic drink. The poke nachos are super tasty and the tuna is so sweet and tender. Yummy. Followed by grilled tuna and white fish. Sorry forgot the name. Very juicy and seasoned just right. The tuna had a glaze that was a perfect touch to complement the tender filet. Ending the evening with an apple fritter with coconut ice cream wow. Super service and great food. Enjoy. Gladstone's was always one of my favorite restaurants while I was in college and still must say it's a go-to while in Long Beach! Beautiful view of the water, whether you are seated inside our outside. My most recent visit started off rocky due to the hostess having a slight attitude / being short with us, but our waitress made up for it. Recommend the fish and chips and the Spinach Artichoke Dip (very large portion).
