The presentation with our app was such a nice little surprise. We just tried a bunch of small bites and had drinks. We didn’t give the menu our full attention. Decent food menu, lots to try, prepared well. The crab balls and the dip that came with were our absolute favorite of the meal. Not a whole lot to choose from when it came to the beers on tap, but I would definitely come back. Try all new things the next time. We truly enjoy this restaurant as a family. It’s an honest local restaurant with good food and great drinks. The atmosphere is welcoming and as one of only a few local non chain restaurants in Orland please give this restaurant a try and you will not be disappointed. Orland has many corporate places but this place is run like a restaurant should be, by a family. Father and Daughter working together with a caring staff and they do a great job. You will have a great meal and a nice time here. Please support our local businesses in Orland Park! This place had a very good environment. It was lively with plenty of smiles and laughter. I ordered the fried pork chops which were awful! I had to ask my waitress to take them back. She replied, “Ok, this is the second one I had to take back today.” I felt that when I ordered the pork chops, she should have recommended something else. I had a sangria which was good and refreshing. Actually, their drink menu is great! They have plenty of options. My turkey burger and drink were really good! My husband said his potpie was average, but his drink was pretty good. Our chicken sliders were ok. What really brought things down was the fact that a service fee was added to our check with no explanation. When I asked the waitress, she said it is a credit card fee and would be taken off if cash was used. My comment was that it would have been nice to know that in advance, to which she said nothing. We also had to wait awhile for to get our drinks...they came after the food, which came relatively quickly! She took forever to come get the money to pay for the check. On the way out, we saw the sign in the door about the service fee. It should be on the menu, at the host stand and the wait staff should inform the customers.
