I ordered my daughter birthday cake from here she turned 4 and wanted a unicorn cake the young lady I spoke to on the phone was very nice and the cake tasted delicious the frosting was too sweet but the cake was very good however we ordered the cake to be picked up @9 the young lady told me we could pick it up at 9am my daughter had tickets for Disney on ice at 11am but the day of their automated message said said that they did not open until 10. This caused me to run very much behind and my daughter ended up missing the first two performances of Disney on ice tickets that I paid over $300 for so I’m not too happy about that but I will say that the cake itself tasted great. Employees were great to work with. Extremely pleasant, helpful and knowledgable! Delivered 40 dozen Mini Cupcakes to some of our business clients which turned out to be a big hit! The cakes were made fresh and decorated with a Holiday, Christmas theme. I ordered cupcakes for my son’s birthday. Cupcakes are usually delicious and on point. I ordered to pick them up an hour before they open (as I do work) and low and behold I cannot receive the order that I paid for at the time they promised to have them ready…such an inconvenience!
