In my opinion, this coffee shop has the same flaws as any other, yet the proprietor appears to be always working to improve the consumers' experience. As I found on my last visit, this coffee establishment serves lactose-free milk and gluten-free goods. The baristas are courteous and accommodating; I saw someone swapping their beverages for free, and the barista handled the situation without issue!!!! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
