I do not even want to give it a 1 star. I do not know what it is about this place but they always short change my 12 year old son and his friends. Today it was $10. The manager is the lady everyone is referring to. She has horrible customer service and do not get why the rip off the young kids. Some say it is only $10 but my son works for his allowance and it is alot for him. Still did not resolve the problem but I will just go directly up the chain with the mall and corporate. Please avoid this place.

Don't go here! Ordered a sandwich and the employee was literally holding her phone the whole time she made my food until I stepped in to stop her... She was switching the phone from hand to hand and typing on it while she put food into my sandwich by hand... Really?!?! How crazy ridiculous and unsanitary!!! She agreed to change gloves and remake my sandwich which was completely inedible... So messy with the pita split in multiple spots... Unbelievable.... Horrible place... Stay away!

Old woman with glasses was rude and disrespectful. She had no gloves and was eating up front while making smoothies. That is extremely bad especially with covid going on. This should absolutely be unacceptable.

I love good bread and pastry. The ingredients are clean and no weird chemicals. Their food may not be organic but it is all natural and always as expected

They always make me this turkey bacon ranch with tomato Panini they used to have it on the menu but it's not there anymore if they're always super sweet and they make it for me I absolutely love this place and I would rate them 5 stars
