I meet my sister on many Sundays at the Ft. Wright Kyle’s Ln. for breakfast. We usually seek out LaTosha. She is so efficient and friendly. We just enjoy seeing her and she sees us coming and asks as she seating us if it’s our usual drinks. My sister is going through some health issues and LaTosha always asks about how she’s doing. Even when it’s full, the wait is generally reasonable. Prices have gone up and we’re both on a fixed income. So this has decreased the frequency of our visits. The place is decorated nicely - homey and warm. There is another Frisch’s nearby that was redecorated and is rather austere, and chilly - both in ambiance and actual temperature. Ahmaya and Ashley are absolutely killing it! . I have been coming to this Fort Wright location for many years. The service and food quality is entirely dependent on the employees working. Right now these two girls alone have turned things around in the most positive way. You don’t realize what a difference a couple of people can make. It really shows when someone takes ownership of there job and when doing so with an overly positive attitude you know you have a winning team. Thanks for the awesome experiences!! I came to the Kyle's Lane Frisch's, J.P., our server, was extremely friendly, gave excellent service, and was very helpful. It was a great experience and want the management and owners to know that he went above and beyond what I expected. Also, the restroom was clean, as well as the buffet area.
