Went through their drive through. We ordered. We stopped at the window to pay. They didn't open the window. Just stood there looking at us. So we pulled forward thinking maybe we were at the wrong window, that was the only window. So we reversed back to the window (luckily no one was behind us). The young girl yanked the window open and snatched my card and then shut slammed it shut. This continued when getting my drink. Then someone else came to the window and did the same thing with my food. Won't be stopping by when in town again. What has happened to service? Ever since COVID the service in a lot of places is horrible. They got higher pay and we got lower service and food quality. Food: 5 Service: 1

I’m cautiously optimistic about this Freddy’s. In the past (about 6 visits)the restaurant was dirty, food cold or prepared ahead, service was par at best. On Christmas Eve I drove through the drive through and thought I’d risk it. I was delighted! Food was hot and fresh and service was perfect (napkins and ketchup in bag)! Please keep this standard up! Went through the drive thru and was given the wrong food. We didn't realize it until we had got back on the road and had to go back and take the food in to get it fixed. Management was upset because the girl at the window was just grabbing random bags and giving them to people. Check your food because staff doesn't seem to care.
