ordered 2 combos with concretes. Received 2 concretes but upon going home and opening the bag we only had one burger and one fry. Returned to the restaurant and the second burger was provided for no charge and also fresh fries. However the original burger we received must have been someone else's order because when I got home and ate it it was not at all what I ordered?? Both concretes were so melted that it was genuinely a milkshake. Also way too expensive at $25 to be so bad LMFAO Service Take out Price per person $10–20

The only fast food place I have been to where once you have your food, the staff act like waiters. They asked us how the food was and if we needed anything else. It was a good quick trip for a late lunch. Food was tasty and fresh. The place was clean, bathroom not as clean but OK. The pumpkin concrete was very good - for those who like pumpkin. The concrete was a little softer than normal, almost like a very thick milkshake. It still tasted very good. Just visited this time for a custard treat. Had the seasonal pumpkin pie concrete at the suggestion of my son who used to work at Freddy's and was not disappointed. A little too much crust in the concrete for my liking but as it is made with a real slice of pumpkin pie it was true to its namesake. The burger is still a great smashed patty. Always get a double. I love the original with mustard, onions, and pickles. The pickles are long strips. Fries are shoe string. My daughter is allergic to Dairy and on our last visit there I had requested a burger without cheese, luckily I checked it once we got home before she ate it because she's had been put on and taken off. Always check over in the Drive-Thru before I leave so I didn't notice it right away but she wanted to add barbecue sauce to her Burger when we got home and when I went to do that is when I noticed the cheese. I know mistakes happen I called immediately to let the manager know I didn't want anything extra done I didn't want to have to come back I didn't want them to make it up to me in another time I just wanted them to be better educated that this could have ended up in a severe hospital visit for my 3-year-old child. The manager was offhandedly rude actually. She told me I should have said it was an allergy... but should I I was ordering something that online menu told me was safe for my child to eat as long as it did not contain cheese I ordered it in that manner and instead it was not safe for my child to eat it could have ended in a hospital visit for us had my daughter taken even one bite. I should be able to safely order my food the way I want without having to declare it an allergy. You should be able to order your food and get what you ordered. And when you call to let them know that they messed up you should not be made to feel like it was your fault that they did not cook your order the way you ordered it.
